Ordering

An order is placed when payment completes. Everything is made to order: nothing is printed until you have seen the portrait and approved it. Standard delivery arrives in 4 to 9 working days.

Your photograph

You keep every right in the photograph you upload. By uploading it you confirm it is yours to use, and you give us permission to use it for the single purpose of making your order.

Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. The price charged is the price shown at checkout.

Cancelling and returns

Because each item is personalised and made to order, it cannot be resold, so there is no change-of-mind cancellation once production has started. Your legal rights are untouched: if an item is damaged, faulty or not as described, tell us and we will replace it or refund you. See delivery and returns.

If something goes wrong

If anything is not right, tell us and we will put it right, quietly and quickly.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
