How long it takes

Everything is made to order in the UK once you have approved the portrait. Standard delivery arrives in 4 to 9 working days.

Priority delivery is £4.99 and arrives in 3 to 6 working days. You choose it at checkout.

If something is not right

If anything is not right, tell us and we will put it right, quietly and quickly.

Email orders@smallgoodbyes.com with your order reference and a photograph of the problem, and we will sort it.

Returns

Each portrait is printed for one person and one animal, so it cannot be resold and we do not offer a change-of-mind return. That does not limit your rights if an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described — tell us and we will replace it or refund you.
